Rick Evans serves as the CEO and Manager of The Imperials, bringing a wealth of experience from his extensive ministry background. Since the age of 22, he has dedicated his life to full-time ministry, joining The Imperials in 2005. Prior to this role, Rick was a vital member of the Dennis Agajanian Band for 13 years and participated as a featured team member in the Franklin Graham Crusades. His ministry experience includes collaborations with some of the most prominent organizations in the Christian community, such as Harvest Crusades led by Greg Laurie, Promise Keepers, and the renowned Billy Graham.

Equipped with a degree in Human Development, Rick utilizes his academic background and practical experience to counsel and mentor individuals and organizations aiming to extend their outreach beyond conventional boundaries. His insights have proven invaluable to numerous ministries seeking to engage with their communities more effectively.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Rick partners with his wife, Debra Evans, who is also an accomplished keynote speaker.
